1. Eligibility for Returns

You may apply for a return if:

  • The item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You receive a different product or size than what you ordered.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Items must not have any stains, perfumes, or signs of wear.

Note:
We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale, discount, or special promotions unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or altered products
  • Washed items
  • Accessories (e.g., hijabs, under-Scarves)
  • Customized or stitched orders (if applicable)

4. Refund Method

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit, exchange, or replacement, depending on your choice.
  • Cash refunds are not provided, except in cases where the product is unavailable for exchange.

Store credit can be used on any future purchase.

5. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your item for:

  • A different size
  • A different color (if available)
  • Another product by paying the difference (if applicable)

6. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or call at 0318-1273105.
  2. Share your order number, issue details, and product images.
  3. Our support team will review and approve the request if eligible.
  4. Return the package to our store address:

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.

8. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
